1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and EKSNEKS ("EKSNEKS", "we", "us"), the operator of Go (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Go is a URL shortener and QR code generator. We let you create shortened links and QR codes, track clicks and scans, and manage your links. Features and limits depend on your plan, as described on our pricing page.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to shorten or distribute links to unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content. Prohibited uses are described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We may disable links or accounts that violate this policy.
5. Plans, billing, and renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by EKSNEKS and protected by law. You retain ownership of the content you link to. You grant us a limited license to host and process your links solely to operate the Service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EKSNEKS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
